Mixed Media on Paper – Stationary – 2010
(Pastel, liquid gold paint, coloured pencil, ink & dye)
Imaginative response to avoiding paperwork. Holed punched paper was a starting point. Movement lines created in pastel and paint indicate discarded first drafts being tossed aside, despite deadlines. Layered mixed media explored punched holes seemingly to float and escape.
