Oil on Canvas – Brewing Storm – 2017
Contemplating the radiating relief of warm moonlight seen as a jewel against the brewing storm.
Inspired by a moonlit walk during winter observing the rich pull of moonlight against a darkening sky that threatened less light. Rich golds, warm rose sky merging with umber and ochre shades were mixed with greys applied to seem as if they are going to consume the light.
